2.3 Camera & Photo Library Access

The App requires specific hardware permissions to deliver its core scanning features:

• Camera Access: Used solely to scan and decode QR codes in real time.
• Photo Library Access: Used solely to import and scan QR codes from your saved images.
• Local Processing Only: All scanning and decoding operations happen locally on your mobile device. We do not store, upload, or share your camera stream or photo library data to any server.

2.4 QR Code Content

• All scanned QR code content is decoded and processed strictly on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or monitor scanned text or URLs.
• Generated QR codes are created locally and are saved to your device only if you explicitly choose to save or share them.

3. How We Use Data

We use non-identifiable data only for the following purposes:

• Delivering and maintaining core functions: scanning, generation, and sharing.
• Diagnosing technical issues, fixing application bugs, and improving App performance.
• Displaying and optimization of advertisements via third-party advertising networks (if applicable). We fully support Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and respect choices made by users regarding tracking.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease any data. However, the App may integrate trusted third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics and advertising services. These third-party partners may collect non-identifiable technical identifiers (such as IP addresses, device models, or anonymous advertising identifiers) in strict compliance with applicable regional privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

5. Data Retention

• QR Content: Not retained by us. All QR scanning and generation content is processed dynamically and locally.
• Technical Usage Data: Retained anonymously and temporarily by analytics partners for product improvements, then automatically deleted.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your geographic location, you may have statutory rights regarding data transparency under local law. Since we do not collect personal identifiers, we cannot associate anonymous technical logs with individual users.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal identifiable information (PII) from any users, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13.
